Before founding Creator Nova, Mark lived in Hangzhou, China where he worked at Alibaba Group as a part of Jack Ma's global initiatives program. He helped over 50 U.S. companies enter China and invested in startups looking to use the Alibaba ecosystem in their home countries. Before joining Alibaba, Mark worked in venture capital at firms investing in social impact and real estate tech and got his MBA at Kellogg. Previously, he was the Director of Business Outreach for the U.S. Senate Majority Leader where he led efforts to build partnerships between US Senators and Fortune 500 CEOs.

James has over 10 years of experience across tech, retail and beauty. Prior to co-founding Creator Nova, James launched new products and services at Gap, Amazon, and various DTC start-ups. James holds an MBA and MS in Design Innovation from Kellogg School of Management.
