George Shaw is a proven innovator with a career that spans from creative director at one of the top interactive firms to Principal Engineer and Platform Architect for Intel’s Responsive Retail initiative. Since his work at MIT Media Lab where he worked with corporate sponsors such as Bank of America and Best Buy to break new ground in leveraging video for person tracking and behavioral analysis, George continues to push the boundaries of technology in solving retail’s complex brick and mortar problems. George went on to build and lead RetailNext’s world-class R&D team. He has created hardware, software, and data innovations that are deployed to tens of thousands of brick and mortar retail stores worldwide. Before joining Intel, George was Head of Data Science at Second Spectrum, where he built a groundbreaking artificial intelligence system for understanding NBA games.

After getting her MBA from Berkeley Haas, Wanda
has spent over a decade finding ways to leverage technology to improve retail operations and ultimately provide great customer experience. She has experience developing technology solutions at Williams-Sonoma, Gap, and One Kings Lane, as well as being consumer of technology solutions at Gap Japan. Moreover, Wanda has experience developing and selling enterprise solutions as product manager at Akamai Technologies.
