Jesse co-founded Teleperson in 2020 to fix customer service for companies and customers, alike. Over the last 15 years, Jesse has been involved in finance, operations and growth strategy, beginning as a cross-border M&A analyst and continuing, post MBA, co-founding an M&A advisory firm. In 2013, Jesse shifted to market intelligence, leading the strategy division for a global market research firm before joining Frost & Sullivan, a global research & consulting firm.
